Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy

Refund:

Your money will be refunded within 7 working days from time of processing the refund. refunded amount will be credited back to the same account/card used to make the purchase.

Cancellation policy:

Your order can be cancelled before it dispatched. If your order is cancelled after it is dispatched, then return shipping charge and restocking fee of 25% + Tax of product cost will be applicable its only applicable within Telangana. And,  Other states & country shipments cancellations not available.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

We use several logistic partners for our shipments, our preferred logistics partner is XPRESS, DTDC, DDhelivary & E.Com for Local orders and UPS, DHL & FedX for international orders. We ship both domestic and internationally, domestic shipping is free and international shipping cost will be shown in the cart during checkout. Normal shipping estimate for all domestic shipments are between 5 to 7 business days, delays might occur in some unavoidable situation which we are definitely trying to mitigate.

Note: For abroad shippings we need an Indian Local Proof(Aadhar of Self/Relatives/Friends & Families) as mandatory per Customs.
